The Director, Darren Aubrey has extensive experience in the both the residential and commercial aspects of the industry. He is well able to meet any technical difficulties likely to arise unexpectedly from the wide range of jobs, which are undertaken. Darren is a fully licensed builder (BSA Reg. No. 75437) in his own right and has conducted a successful building business for the past 14 years. He has a well-deserved established reputation for ensuring that high quality workmanship is a feature of all building projects in which he is involved.

The supervisory and 'hands on' roles of the director is complemented by the network of essential specialist subcontractors such as the electricians, plumbers, etc., who are required to ensure that jobs are professionally completed. These subcontractors are well known for their reliability, efficiency and the quality of their workmanship: this promotes customer satisfaction and confidence in the finished product.

Coordination of both the administrative and financial aspects of Arrowood Homes activities is the immediate responsibility of the Office Manager who has an in depth background in these areas. The manager is responsible for supervising all office practices and procedures, maintaining the necessary records, and monitoring all day to day financial activities of the company, including accounts payable/receivable, wages and insurances management.
